When your doctor indicates that you have a partial disability with restrictions, you then have an obligation to look for work within the restrictions given to you by your doctor or find out if your employer offers light duty. The Workers Comp Board has set up strict rules about your obligations regarding a work search and the insurance company will more than likely try to suspend your payments if you cannot prove that you are meeting those obligations.
