Mr. Candiotti has been fighting for individuals injured at work in the New York Metropolitan area for over thirty-five years.

Howard Candiotti is an Associate of the firm concentrating in Workers’ Compensation. He handles all aspects of Workers’ Compensation cases throughout every phase of the claim process.

Mr. Candiotti has been practicing in the Workers’ Compensation field for 35 years. Prior to joining Terry Katz & Associates in 2016, Mr. Candiotti was the senior associate for the Worker’s Compensation department at the Alan Clark & Assoc. law firm. His extensive legal experience has involved all aspects in this area – from client intake, appearances at hearings, litigation, medical depositions, appeals, and settlement negotiations. Mr. Candiotti has represented injured workers at the Workers Compensation Boards throughout the New York metropolitan area.

Mr. Candiotti has been a member of the New York State and Nassau County bars.
