Charli Baldinger, Esq.

Charli Baldinger, who initially joined our team as an Associate in 2015, presently focuses her practice in Workers’ Compensation law as representation for the injured worker. She is an experienced litigator fluent in all stages of workers’ compensation matters. Eager to learn more about Workers’ Compensation, Charli became Special Counsel of a large national firm representing employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in the same field, but now seeing the claims through their lens. It was then that she realized her passion was advocating on behalf of the injured workers, and returned to our firm in 2019.
Her experience representing both sides of these claims only strengthen her knowledge of Workers’ Compensation law and allows her to be a stronger and more passionate representative in depositions of medical professionals, trials before the Workers Compensation Board, legal writing and settlement negotiations. Most importantly, it allows her to better guide her clients in all stages of their claims.
Prior to practicing Workers Compensation Law, Charli was employed by a private criminal defense firm, representing high-profile defendants in white-collar criminal matters, including but not limited to, alleged securities fraud, racketeering and homicide.
Outside of her role as an attorney, Charli spends quality time with her husband and their two daughters, and their two rescue dogs.
It has been many years and so many rejections on from Social Security regarding SSDI.
One month after hiring Terry Katz & Associates, P.C., and the fabulous help of Lawyer Maggie Langdale, Esq., and Paralegal Jenny Pagan, I finally successfully won SSDI.
I am so very grateful Maggie Langdale and Jenny Pagan.
They are truly my Angels.
